Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer. Production runs from our own 2,000 sqm facility in Dongguan, China, with SMT lines, assembly stations and in-house QC testing labs under one roof.
Do you build for my specific car model?
Yes. Our hidden dash cams are engineered for a dedicated car model instead of a universal fit. Send us your make, model and year and we will confirm fitment and build the camera for your vehicle.
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ is 10 pcs. It applies both to stock models and to orders carrying your own branding.
Can I put my own brand on the product?
Yes — your logo, your packaging and your manual. Tell us what you need and we will confirm what is possible for your project.
Which certifications do you hold?
Our dash cam line is tested for CE, RoHS and FCC conformity by accredited third-party laboratories. Certificates are available on request.
What is your lead time and how do you ship?
Stock samples ship in 3-7 days and stock orders in 15-25 days. Custom vehicle-specific orders are scheduled individually. We ship FOB Shenzhen / Guangzhou.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T bank transfer - 30% deposit with 70% against the B/L copy, 50/50, or 100% in advance - or an irrevocable L/C at sight.
What warranty do you provide?
18 months. The scope of cover and the handling of defective units are stated in your quotation.
Do you offer OEM and ODM?
Yes. With OEM you bring the brand and the market while the product is built to an established design. With ODM you choose from designs we have already developed and apply your own brand.
